This cancellation policy stipulates the matters that must be complied with when canceling a rental bicycle reservation made by a customer at our store. We appreciate your understanding of the following.
１．About cancellation notifications
If you wish to cancel your reservation due to unavoidable reasons after making your application, please be sure to contact us by phone or reply to the email sent to confirm your reservation stating your cancellation.
２．About cancellation fee
There will be no cancellation fee if you notify us of your cancellation at least 2 days before the date of use.
However, please note that if we do not receive notification of cancellation and the person who made the reservation does not show up at the reservation time, or if we determine that the cancellation is malicious, we may charge you the usage fee.
３．About cancellations due to bad weather such as rain
You can cancel for free on the same day. Please be sure to contact us.
