About delivery/collection location

We will mainly deliver and collect your bike to your accommodation, so you can enjoy a more convenient bicycle rental experience.

Advance reservations are required.(Same-day reservations are not possible.)
However, we may not be able to accept your request depending on the location and time.

Examples

●We will deliver the bikes to your accommodation. After using it, please lock the bikes and leave the keys at the front of your accommodation. We will come to collect the bikes.
●During your homecoming trip, we can deliver the bicycles to your house and collect them at your house after rental.

Delivery/collection to locations other than accommodation

●Not available to first-time customers.
●Limited to locations where cars can be parked.
●Limited to times and locations when there are not many people, cars, etc.
●Limited to locations within approximately 30 minutes by car from the shop.
(Fees is “Within 60 minutes by car from the shop”)
*Please be sure to consult and make a reservation in advance.

Important points to note when using this service

●Limited to rentals of 1 day or more.
●There are some locations where delivery is not possible due to various reasons such as parking space and traffic conditions.
