From Higashiyama Sanjo shop, you can reach the famous Shimogamo-Jinja Shrine in the North, Kiyomizu-Dera Temple the South, Ginkakuji Temple(Silver Pavilion) in the East, and Nijo-jo Castle in the West within 20 minutes by bike.
